Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required 45 days prior arrival. In the event of cancellation, the booking must be cancelled 45 days before arrival to avoid a late cancellation charge.

 Terms & Conditions

  • A minimum of (8) consecutive nights is required, comprising a minimum of two nights each at Anantara Chiang Mai Resort, Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort, on Mekong Kingdom Cruise and at AVANI+ Luang Prabang. Stay may begin at AVANI+ Luang Prabang and end at Anantara Chiang Mai Resort or vice versa.
  • Transfer included are
    • 1 way transfer between Anantara Chiang Mai Resort and Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort by drive (single journey)
    • Transfers between Hotel and Pier
    • 1 way transfer between Luang Prabang International Airport and AVANI+ Luang Prabang (single journey)
  • Additional transfer charges are applicable if required apart from the mentioned transfer service

2 Nights at Anantara Chiang Mai
  • Accommodation in a Deluxe Garden View Room.
  • Daily buffet breakfast.

2 Nights at Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort
  • Accommodation in a Deluxe Three Country View Room.
  • All-inclusive Discovery Package which includes all meals and selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • A choice of one resort activity per day per person.
  • Car transfer from hotel to pier.
2 Nights / 3 Days on a Mekong Kingdoms luxury river cruise vessel.

Day 1

  • 8:30 am - Meet with Mekong Kingdoms representative in Chiang Saen
  • 8:50 am - Safety briefing
  • 9:00 am - Cruise downstream to Pak Tha
  • 12:00 pm - Lunch on board
  • 5:30 pm - Arrive at Ban Pak Tha and 1st overnight
  • 6:00 pm - Cocktail party with canapes and introduce next day’s program
  • 7:00 pm - Dinner on board. Bar remains open until late

Day 2

  • 7:30 am - Cruise to Ban Huay Palam
  • 8:00 am - Breakfast on board
  • 11:30 am - Arrive at Ban Huay Palam and visit the khmu village
  • 12:00 pm - Cruise to Ban Kook Eak
  • 12:30 pm - Lunch on board
  • 4:00 pm - Arrive at Ban Kook Eak and 2nd overnight
  • 6:00 pm - Cocktails and canapes
  • 7:00 pm - Dinner on board. Bar remains open until late

Day 3

  • 7:30 am - Cruise to Ban Baw
  • 8:00 am - Breakfast
  • 11:30 am - Arrive at Ban Baw and visit a local Lao whisky maker
  • 12:00 pm - Cruise to Pak Ou caves
  • 12:30 pm - Lunch on board
  • 2:30 pm - Arrive at Pak Ou and take a small boat to visit the caves
  • 3:30 pm - Cruise to Wat Dhon Kuhn
  • 4:30 pm - Arrive at Wat Dhon Kuhn and visit the temple
  • 5:00 pm - Cruise to Luang Prabang
  • 5:30 pm - Arrive at Luang Prabang and disembark at car ferry
2 Nights at AVANI+ Luang Prabang
  • Accommodation in a Deluxe AVANI room.
